Hens Breet has been a digital designer since the early 1990s. Educated at the Utrecht School of the Arts (The Netherlands), with an emphasis on Image Media Technology, Hens was involved in the nascent interactive digital
art scene in Germany and The Netherlands. In 1994 he moved to New York City to pursue a career in motion graphics and interactive programming. Always determined to stay on top of
developments in this rapidly changing field, he has continued to hone his skills on a variety of digital video editing and effects systems, and from the beginning has been an active designer and developer on the World Wide Web.
His work has included numerous Web sites and interactive components for independent artists and startups and established companies alike, as well as television ad campaigns for leading US and international brands. With his international artistic background, unique design sensibilities, and attention to detail, Hens is an invaluable asset to your creative development team.
Hens has been developing for the World Wide Web since 1994, and is highly knowledgeable in all the relevant front-end technologies. This includes in-depth knowledge of HTML and XHTML and coding best practices, Cascading Style Sheets, Javascript and various Javascript frameworks. In addition, he is a master of Flash and Actionscript, and has a solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL. He has experience with various Content Managing Systems and authoring environments.
